UI COPY

One of the most rewarding sides of content is of working on UI microcopy and UX content from wireframe to mockup to launch. I am very comfortable seeing UI content from ideation to completion, making sure every aspect is fit for launch from gathering requirements from all relevant teams (SEO, Product, Tech) to getting legal approval on more sensitive copy.

I have been working in E-commerce Content Strategy for 12+ years and have contributed content and copy to hundreds of thousands of landing pages. I have assisted in USER Testing using Think Aloud methodology, and A/B testing of microcopy such as “button copy”, cancellation policy hovers, error messages, check out page data input.

I have done backend audits and cleanup of microcopy labels, attribute mapping from multiple CMS to frontend and of course good old frontend writing.

UX CONTENT

I have worked extensively on short and long form content, and in particular in the case of UX, I have always been involved in UX ideation to ensure content & SEO requirements and guidelines are met in layout and design.

In my time with Expedia Group, I ran and monitored A/B testing of handwritten content vs computer generated content, testing SERP ranking and CTR.
